2BHK Cottage House on 5th Floor- Majra, Dehradun

In 2024, we completed the construction of a fully fabricated  cottage house at a site in Majra, Dehradun. The structure features cement fiber board partitions, offering both durability and thermal efficiency, modern false ceilings, enhancing both the aesthetics and insulation of the interiors. High-quality floor tiles were installed throughout the cottage, complemented by expertly executed painting work for a sleek finish. The electrical fittings were installed with precision, ensuring safety and efficiency. UPVC windows provide excellent insulation and low maintenance, while wooden flush doors add a touch of elegance. The modular kitchen was equipped with contemporary designs and fittings, and the bathrooms were fully outfitted with modern fixtures, ensuring comfort and style. This project showcases a blend of functionality and sophistication in a picturesque setting.
